The Sky's The Limit

Empowering Kids with Type I Diabetes to Build Connections, Learn Life Skills, and Embrace Their Journey

CHH is a day camp for children ages 3-13 with Type I diabetes and their siblings.  This camp takes place for one week every summer.  The foremost goal of this camp is to acquaint children who have Type I diabetes with other children facing similar daily challenges.  It is the hope of the camp to help these children learn about themselves, diabetes, and make and reach goals that they set both with their diabetes and overall development.
